Last night we watched as Chevrolet officially acknowledged the C8 Corvette for the first time with Corvette Chief Engineer Tadge Juechter and General Motors’ CEO Mary Barra driving the mid-engine sports car in New York City to the Stephen Siller Tunnel to Towers Foundation for a gala fundraiser.
That grand entrance officially started a clock ticking that will eventually see the end of the C7 generation and the beginning of the C8 generation later this year, according to a press release from General Motors.
