The test driver charged with vehicular manslaughter after a CarMax salesman riding with him died in an accident is on the run, authorities said this week. Alex Demetro, 28, of Union City, Calif., was test driving the Corvette on Feb. 23 when he crashed the car on Mercedes Lane in Ontario, Calif., resulting in the death of salesman Warren Smale. Demetro was supposed to appear in court on March 7 in Rancho Cucamonga to answer
