Rescuers had to turn a C4 Corvette coupe into a convertible early Wednesday afternoon after the driver crashed into a tree, trapping him inside the vehicle.
Firefighters removed both doors and the halo from the white 1995 Corvette to extricate the 24-year-old driver, who was trapped inside the car for about 25 minutes.
